Start at Scissorbills if you are finishing at Mountain Village. Go to Tips Up in Town Center for a band, burgers and a game of pool. Big Sky spreads those evenings across different bases, so choose where you want to end up before booking a room.
Scissorbills: the saloon option
Visit Big Sky places Scissorbills Saloon on the third floor of Arrowhead Mall and describes it as a small, privately owned bar with a lunch menu and an après following.
Food and a beer near the lifts: this is the first stop we would make after skiing. Confirm winter opening hours.
Tips Up: Town Center, with a calendar
Tips Up is at 76 Town Center Avenue. Its own site lists burgers and sandwiches, live music, sports screens and games including pool, shuffleboard and cornhole. It also makes the booking policy clear: walk-ins only, no reservations.
Tips Up is our pick for a longer evening. Look at the music calendar before choosing a night; you can fit dinner around the show.
Everett's 8800: dinner on Andesite
Everett's 8800 sits on Andesite Mountain and is accessed by Ramcharger 8. Its page lists lunch and dinner reservations, plus afternoon DJ programming. It closes between seasons. Confirm winter reopening and the current program before booking.
Dinner reservations include lift access. Non-skiing lunch guests can collect a complimentary round-trip Ramcharger ticket with proof of a reservation. Confirm the winter booking details before you go. Keep Everett's for the mountain meal, Scissorbills for a beer after skiing and Tips Up for the band.
Updated October 15, 2026. Confirm seasonal opening, reservations and event times with the venues.
Plan the skiing: Big Sky: Lone Peak, long laps and the last bus. More nights out: the After Hours guides.
