About BADLAP
There's always another lap.
BADLAP is a ski and bike shop for people who plan their lives around getting outside. Storm totals open in one tab, trail conditions in another. An early alarm that somehow feels reasonable when there's fresh snow.
The idea for BADLAP started in 2015 with a group of passionate outdoorsmen.
Winter means steep skiing and long climbs for a few good turns. Summer means getting the bikes dirty until there's barely enough light to see the way home. We care about the gear because a good setup makes you want to go again.
Stay a while.
The day doesn't have to end when the lifts close. Dry clothes, a place to eat, friends telling increasingly generous versions of the same run. That's part of mountain life, too. Our Journal follows both sides of it: where to ski and ride, and where to spend the evening afterward.
We're building BADLAP for the long run. A shop with a point of view, useful gear, and room for people who are still figuring out what they love to ride. We'd like to help more young riders get into these sports as the shop grows. That's an ambition we're working toward.
For now, come find your next setup. We'll see you out there.
