Tahoe after hours: Chamois, the Dub and the village

After Palisades, start with pizza at Chamois. If the afternoon becomes dinner, the Dub is nearby. Olympic Valley keeps the skiing and the evening close together, which is a strong argument for staying there on a short Tahoe trip.
Le Chamois: the first stop
Le Chamois & Loft Bar sits behind Parallel Sport Shop at 1960 Olympic Valley Road. The official menu centers on pizza, snacks, beer and wine. Pizza and beer at the base are enough of a reason to stop.
Chamois closes between seasons. Confirm its winter reopening before making it your first stop.
The Auld Dubliner: dinner can happen here
The Auld Dubliner Tahoe is at 1850 Village South Road, also in the Palisades village. Its own site identifies the business as locally owned and operated and lists indoor and outdoor dining. Guinness stew, chicken wings, draft beer and a substantial whiskey selection make it a good place to settle in for dinner.
Sports screens make the Dub a useful choice when part of the group wants a game on. Order dinner here if pizza at Chamois did not quite do the job.
Rocker: a different table in the village
The resort's 2026 dining guide describes Rocker's village deck, rotating draft beers and cocktails. Try the deck when you want to stay outside. Confirm the winter menu and hours before going.
Our order would be Chamois for pizza after skiing, then the Dub if the afternoon becomes dinner. Keep Rocker in reserve for a different table and menu.
Updated October 15, 2026. Confirm seasonal opening, reservations and event times with the venues.
Plan the skiing: Tahoe: KT-22, Alpine and a table at Le Chamois. More nights out: the After Hours guides.
