Book a terrace table at Le Rouge, catch a band at Farinet, or keep going later at Pub Mont Fort. Verbier can do all three. Pick the first stop around what you actually want: a meal, a live set or a pub evening.

Le Rouge: book the table

Le Rouge accepts lunch, dinner and après-table reservations and recommends booking during busy periods. Its winter format includes afternoon snacks and après starting in the afternoon, followed by dinner service. The restaurant is at Route de Ransou 37 and describes access from the ski area as well as on foot.

Choose it when the table is part of the occasion. Confirm the winter menu when booking. We would favor a reservation here over arriving with a large group and hoping the terrace has room.

Farinet Après Ski: follow the live band

The Verbier tourism office lists Farinet Après Ski at Place Centrale 6 and describes live-band performances as a central part of its après format. Choose Farinet for the band, then fit dinner around the set.

Use Farinet's current winter program to choose the day and set time.

Pub Mont Fort: the later pub

Pub Mont Fort lists its address as Chemin de la Tinte 10, with food, beer, cocktails, live-music events and parties. Its website currently advertises service from the afternoon until 2am. That makes it the later stop on this list.

Verify the current schedule and any event-specific admission before heading over. Start at Le Rouge for a table or Farinet for music. Keep Pub Mont Fort in mind if you want to stay out later.

Updated October 15, 2026. Confirm seasonal opening, reservations and event times with the venues.

Plan the skiing: Verbier: make room for the mountain and the night. More nights out: the After Hours guides.
