A ski-mountaineering boot with a 100mm last, Grilamid Fiber Glass LFT shell and Carbon Grilamid LFT cuff. SCARPA lists 1,145g per boot, a Speed Lock walk mechanism and adjustable 11/13/15-degree forward lean. This is a touring specialist rather than a conventional alpine-sole resort boot. Boot fit needs more than a shoe-size conversion: have a qualified bootfitter assess shell length, volume and stance. Flex and last figures are manufacturer reference values, not a universal fit standard.
